1. Your Agreement

By accessing and using SabiPlug, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SabiPlug.

2. Creating an Account

To use SabiPlug services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. What You Can Do

SabiPlug allows you to:

  • Financial Services: Buy airtime, data bundles, pay electricity bills, and other utilities
  • Wallet Management: Fund your digital wallet, send money to friends and family
  • Earn Rewards: Complete tasks, participate in challenges, and earn XP points
  • Referral Program: Invite friends and earn rewards for successful referrals
  • Bill Splitting: Split bills with friends and family members
  • Transaction History: View and manage your transaction history

All services must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. What You Can't Do

You agree NOT to use SabiPlug for:

  • Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
  • Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering our platform
  • Commercial use without explicit written permission
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Harassment, abuse, or violation of others' rights

5. Wallet & Payments

Wallet Services:

  • Fund your wallet through bank transfers, cards, or other approved methods
  • Send money to other SabiPlug users
  • Pay for services and utilities directly from your wallet
  • Withdraw funds to your linked bank account

Fees & Charges:

  • Service fees may apply for certain transactions
  • Withdrawal fees may be charged based on the method used
  • All fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction
  • We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice

6. Earning Rewards & XP System

Reward System:

  • Earn XP points for completing transactions and activities
  • Level up your account to unlock additional benefits
  • Participate in special challenges and events
  • Earn referral bonuses for successful friend invitations

Reward Terms:

  • Rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked if terms are violated
  • We reserve the right to modify the reward system with notice
  • Rewards cannot be transferred or sold to other users

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination:

  • Your access to SabiPlug services will be immediately revoked
  • Any pending transactions will be processed according to our policies
  • You may request withdrawal of remaining wallet balance

8. Disputes & Legal

Dispute Resolution:

  • Most disputes can be resolved through our customer support
  • For unresolved disputes, we prefer arbitration over court proceedings
  • These terms are governed by Nigerian law
  • Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Nigerian courts

Limitation of Liability:

SabiPlug's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your data in accordance with:

  • Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
  • Our comprehensive Privacy Policy
  • Industry best practices for data security

We will notify you of any significant changes to our privacy practices through the app or email.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do:

  • We will notify you through the app or email
  • Continued use of SabiPlug constitutes acceptance of the new terms
  • If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account
